Automatic training – stress-free driving license
If you wish, you can of course also complete your training with us in a vehicle with automatic transmission. This option is particularly suitable for learner drivers who want a more stress-free driving experience – whether due to nervousness, physical limitations or simply out of personal preference.
Automatic training allows you to concentrate fully on the traffic and driving behavior without having to learn how to use the clutch and gearshift. This can be a valuable relief for novice drivers in particular.
Good to know: If you take your practical test on an automatic vehicle, your driving license will initially be restricted to vehicles with automatic transmission. However, this restriction can be lifted later by completing a short training course on a manual transmission vehicle (known as the B197 regulation) – without having to take another practical test.
